Located near Marine Parade, this two-bedroom apartment was redesigned for a single lady in her early forties who wanted a calm, cosy home with blue tiles inspired by a trip to Jeju, Korea. We reconfigured the layout completely—moving the original kitchen into the living area to create an open-plan space, anchored by a kitchen island clad in denim blue tiles. The statement kitchen island is complemented by wood-veneered floating shelving above.

Natural wood tones run throughout the apartment to balance the blue and bring warmth to the interiors. The living room features a custom floating TV console and display cabinet, while built-in carpentry provides seamless storage along the entryway and in the master bedroom.

Both bathrooms carry the same denim blue tiles found in the kitchen, paired with warm brown stone-look tiles for a cohesive yet layered material palette. In the master bathroom, a long vanity counter offers ample space for both daily routines and make-up, while soft lighting and organic fabric create a tranquil atmosphere reminiscent of a spa.
